ATH 046 Off Season Football

This course is designed for the athlete wishing to participate in intercollegiate football. Course content will include: sport specific skill development, sport specific strength training, speed development, agility training, plyometric drills, cardiovascular conditioning, and an increase in flexibility. This course is repeatable per Title 5 section 55041(a)(2). (CSU, UC)
