PEACTIV 011D Yoga IV

Prerequisites: PEACTIV 011C Yoga III, with a grade of “C” or better.
This course is designed to emphasize the most advanced levels of yoga. Participants are expected to be of the highest physical health and condition. It is a complete fitness program to achieve a more limber body, regardless of age, increase physical coordination, improve posture, and improve flexibility. (UC, CSU)
