AJ 50SS Special Studies: Administration of Justice

Units: 1-2
Prerequisites: AJ 21 Criminal Justice in Society or AJ 51 Introduction to Correctional Science with a grade of “C” or better.
Limitations on Enrollment: A student must have completed a minimum of 12 units at the District and have a 2.5 minimum overall grade point average within the course discipline. In addition, an independent study contract must be signed by the student, instructor of record, and dean who will certify the student is qualified for enrollment. and finger printing & Criminal Record Clearance.
This course is open to any student who wishes to do advanced work in the field of administration of justice. The course may include research, directed reading, field work, class work, or advanced study which must be arranged and approved by the instructor and the dean before enrolling in the course. (CSU)
