This course is designed for an individual who currently owns, or would like to own his or her own business. The course introduces the legal steps to form a business and covers various legal business structures. This course covers legal documentation and record-keeping systems. Other topics include classification of business activity, Intellectual Property, risk management, crime prevention, e-commerce, ethical business practices, and basic financial management principles.
