E TECH 41 Civil Drafting: Site Design and Improvement

Prerequisites: E TECH 12 Computer-Aided Drafting with a grade of “C” or better, and successful completion of Beginning Algebra or appropriate placement as determined by the college’s multiple measures assessment process.
This course is an introduction to the development and design of site plans, including parking, storm drainage systems, sewage piping, and site preparation. The student prepares a set of drawings with calculations and cost estimates for a site improvement plan. A complete project portfolio is developed. (HBCU, CSU)
