PEACTIV 10C Fitness Walking III

Prerequisites: PEACTIV 10B Intermediate Fitness Walking with a grade of “C” or better.
This course will incorporate intermediate walking fitness skills that will improve aerobic capacities and strength endurance by using faster paced walking techniques. Other components are focused on increasing cardiovascular efficiency, muscular strength, and endurance. (HBCU, CSU, UC)
