This course is designed to empower small business owners and entrepreneurs with basic accounting skills. Topics include financial statement analysis, taxes, financing needs, options to facilitate continued operations as well as future growth. Managerial accounting topics will include cost-volume-profit relationships and how to plan for and control costs.
