RAD 42 Senior Clinical Elective Lab

Prerequisites: RAD 40 Senior Review, Adv. Radiation Protection, & Fluoroscopic Systems with a grade of “C” or better.
Limitations on Enrollment: Admission to the Radiological Technology Program.
This course is designed to continue the practical training in radiographic procedures under the general supervision of a licensed radiologic technologist with an emphasis on special radiographic examination techniques in student-selected elective clinical rotations. Examples include angiographic procedures, specialized fluoroscopic examinations, directed rotations through computerized tomography (CT), ultrasound (US), nuclear medicine, and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI).
