PEACTIV 2B Water Fitness II

Prerequisites: PEACTIV 2A Water Fitness I with a grade of “C” or better.
This course is designed to introduce the student to the fundamentals of water exercise, and is executed in both deep and shallow water. The course is low impact, which includes working a range of motion, toning, stretching and balance. (UC, CSU)
