PEACTIV 10B Intermediate Fitness Walking Units: 1 Hours: 54 hours LAB Grade Options: Letter Grade or Pass/No Pass Prerequisites: PEACTIV 10A Beginning Fitness Walking with a grade of “C” or better. This course is designed to promote physical well-being through stress reduction, weight control, and walking. Attention is given to increasing cardiovascular efficiency, muscular strength, and endurance. (HBCU, UC, CSU)
