MUSIC 9 Exploring Pop and Rock Music

This course explores the development of popular and rock music styles, including the social, political, cultural, and economic issues surrounding the various time periods. The course will take an in-depth study into the genres, styles, and personalities throughout the 20th century to the present times. (UC, CSU)
