HORT 14 Edible Landscaping Units: 3 Hours: 36 hours LEC; 54 hours LAB Grade Options: Letter Grade This course is an introduction to local-scale production and distribution of fruits and vegetables in and around cities. Emphasis will be placed on environmentally sustainable and intensive edible crop production in urban farms and landscapes, including home gardens, school gardens, community gardens, senior centers, and micro-farms.
