This course is designed for the Extended Opportunity Programs and Services (EOPS) students enrolled in Cooperative Agencies Resources for Education (CARE). The goal of this course is to assist students in lowering their level of stress by understanding, recognizing, and managing interpersonal stressors. (CSU).
