RAD 41 Radiographic Pathology and Image Critique

Units: 3
Hours: 54 hours LEC
Grade Options: Letter Grade
Prerequisites: RAD 32 Sectional Anatomy  with a grade of “C” or better.
Limitations on Enrollment: Admission to the Radiologic Technology Program.
This course is designed to provide an overview of human pathologies. The student identifies changes that occur with disease and injury and their application to radiologic 7echnology. The student gains an understanding of these disease processes in order to handle seriously ill or injured patients by selecting positions and technical factors which produce quality diagnostic radiographs.
