A-TRN 72 Introduction to Coach Operation and Routes

Units: 2.5
Hours: 18 hours LEC; 81 hours LAB
Grade Options: Letter Grade or Pass/No Pass
Limitations on Enrollment: Student is a registered State indentured apprentice.
Advisories: A-TRN 71  with a minimum grade of “C”.
This classroom/lab instruction course for Bus Operator Apprentices focuses on bus operation and familiarization. It introduces students to the bus, safe driving, individual health and well-being, and situational awareness. Per California Code of Regulations, this course is limited to students admitted to the Bus Operator Apprenticeship Program. Units earned in this course do not count toward the Associate degree.
