DANCE 037D Advanced West African Dance IV

Units: 2
Prerequisites: DANCE 037C Intermediate West African Dance III  with a grade of “C” or better.
This course is a study of high intermediate and advanced dance skills and techniques in West African dance. Creative dances are practiced with the express purpose of establishing individual and group dances for public performances. Performance skills and stylization are highly stressed. (CSU, UC)
