Units: 1 Prerequisites: DANCE 040A Hatha Yoga I with a grade of “C” or better. This course is a continuation to Hatha yoga theory and practices. The focus is to keep on developing clear, and safe alignment in Hatha yoga poses, movements correctness and sequencing. Included are intermediate core strength, resistive and flexibility exercises. It is open to and appropriate for dancers and non-dancers (CSU, UC).
