Units: 5 Prerequisites: ENG 078B Accelerated Reading and Writing 2 with a grade of “C” or better or ESL 088 Advanced English as a Second Language Reading/Writing with a grade of “P” or Composition Level II. English 087 is designed for the student needing development in writing fluency and accuracy. Emphasis is placed on writing and editing of paragraphs and short essays based on readings. Units earned in this course do not count toward the associate degree.
