PEACTIV 001D Swim Training and Conditioning

Units: 0.5-1
Prerequisites: PEACTIV 010C  with a grade of “C” or better.
This course is designed to help the intermediate swimmer improve cardiovascular endurance through swimming and to teach sound individual conditioning techniques. Each student is pre-tested in various health and fitness components. (UC, CSU)
