Units: 4.5 Prerequisites: E M 70 Introductory Techniques for Electron Microscopy with a grade of “C” or better. Advisories: Ability to read at the 12th grade level. This is a lecture and laboratory course which covers the preparation of biological samples for the Transmission Electron Microscope by ultramicrotomy.
