E M 73M Introduction to Materials Electron Microscopy
Units: 4 Prerequisites: E M 70 Introductory Techniques for Electron Microscopy with a grade of “C” or better. Advisories: Ability to read at the 12th grade level. This course is a lecture and laboratory course covering the areas of fractography, integrated circuits, and thin foil preparation.
