CUL ART 30B Wine Marketing Units: 1.5 Prerequisites: CUL ART 30A Wine Sales with a grade of “C” or better. This course examines basic wine marketing methods and strategies, researching demographics of today’s wine consumer. How to develop a marketing plan, branding and packaging in a competitive market is addressed. Developing marketing and promotional materials, creating budgets, planning promotional strategies, pricing and distribution options will be explored. (CSU)
