DANCE 040D Hatha Yoga IV

Prerequisites: DANCE 040C Hatha Yoga III with a grade of “C” or better.
This is a continuation for Yoga III to advanced level. It is an in-depth yoga course. Students gain a more in-depth knowledge of yoga as well as a deeper insight into the different types of yoga and their philosophies of the practice. Emphasis is placed on increasing flexibility and strength as well as introducing more advanced poses and variations. (CSU, UC)
