AUTOMECH 97 Automatic Transmissions and Transaxles

Units: 6
Prerequisites: AUTOMECH 72 Basic Brakes, Suspensions, Wheel Alignment, and Maintenance or AUTOMECH 73 Basic Engine Performance and Electrical Systems each with a grade of “C” or better.
Corequisites: AUTOMECH 72 or AUTOMECH 73.
Advisories: AUTOMECH 91 with a grade of “C” or better.
This course is designed to prepare the student to analyze, adjust, service, and repair automatic transmissions and transaxles on foreign and domestic automobiles.
