ATH 39 Off Season Swimming Units: 0.5-1.5 Limitations on Enrollment: Athletic tryout and team selection. This course is designed for the athlete wishing to participate in intercollegiate swimming. Course content will include: sport specific skill development, sport specific strength training, speed development, agility training, plyometric drills, cardiovascular conditioning, and an increase in flexibility. This course is repeatable per Title 5 S55041(a)(2). (UC, CSU)
