AGEGR 21 Agricultural Welding

This course is designed to introduce the techniques used in the construction and repair of agricultural equipment. The student uses arc welders and oxy-acetylene torches for fusion welding, heating, brazing, cutting, and hardsurfacing metals. Metal Inert Gas (MIG) and Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) welding are emphasized. Since AGEGR 21 and CAT 21 are cross listed courses, credit may be awarded for either AGEGR 21 or CAT 21 but not both. (CSU)
