This course provides beginning to intermediate Microsoft Outlook training. The course teaches Microsoft Outlook 365 and the most current desktop version of Microsoft Outlook. Topics include setting up and using Outlook as an e-mail system, organizing contacts, maintaining the Outlook calendar, corresponding using Outlook e-mail, and recording tasks and writing notes. The Microsoft Outlook skills taught in this course focus on performance and efficiency of Microsoft Outlook to maximize user’s experience and productivity.
