MATH 13 Survey of Calculus

Prerequisites: MATH 92S Intermediate Algebra (STEM), MATH 97 Preparatory Mathematics for STEM, high school intermediate algebra, or any higher level math course with a grade of “C” or better.

This course is designed primarily for the student studying business, life science, social science, or engineering technology who wishes an overview of the practical aspects of Calculus, rather than the more rigorous development found in the three semester sequential Calculus series (MATH 1, MATH 2, MATH 3).
