PEACTIV 1B Survival Swimming

Units: 1.5
Prerequisites: PEACTIV 1A Introductory Swimming with a grade of “C” or better.
This is a skill development course for the non-swimmer. Students will learn to adjust, both mentally and physically, to being in water. In addition, they will learn to build stroke stamina skills. (UC, CSU)
